Paper & Board Winders

The jumbo roll coming from the continuous machine, to be commercially released, has to be processed by the winder. 

The winder machine for paper and board has to turn a huge jumbo roll into rolls of various sizes, depending on the client's request, to do this the jumbo roll will go through:

• Initial unwind stand, that unrolls the jumbo roll,
• Central slitting system, used to cut the parent roll into different sizes, 
• Final winding section, that rolls up again the paper into finished rolls of different sizes.

In Overmade we provide 2 drums slitting combining winders for paper and board with speed from 2,000 to 2,800 mpm. Our winders can boast performance stability and ease of use.
